The Ooievaarspas gives people with a low income the opportunity to participate in sporting, cultural and recreational activities through discounts.
Low-income residents of The Hague, Leidschendam-Voorburg and Rijswijk can apply for the Ooievaarspas. Ooievaarspas holders can participate in activities with at least 50% discount at more than 600 partners in The Hague. In addition to this, it offers options such as attractive health insurance, school supplies and free public transport for pensioners.
